Order Processing and Shipping Information
Order Processing Time: Please allow 3 - 5 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.
Shipping Time:

U.S. Orders: Shipped via USPS and FedEx, with an average transit time of 15 - 20 business days.

International Orders: Shipping times vary between 15 - 30 business days, depending on the fulfillment center.
Shipping Delays: Please be aware that factors beyond our control, such as pandemics, natural disasters, holidays, and weather conditions, may cause shipping delays. While most orders arrive on time, unforeseen delays can occasionally occur.
Tracking Information:
We provide tracking details for every order. Once your product ships, you’ll receive tracking information. For help tracking your order, please visit the “Track Your Order” page on our website.
Order Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of placement. To cancel your order, please email us at herculex@gmail.com with the subject line "CANCEL MY ORDER."
Incorrect Address:
If you’ve entered an incorrect address, please notify us immediately by email. We can correct the address within 24 hours of your order. After shipping, we cannot make address changes.
Delivery Attempts:
Carriers typically make two delivery attempts before returning the package.
Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We’ll send a replacement free of charge.
